Abū al-Ḥasan Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Malik al-Hamadhānī

Doubt. It may have been part of a joint work on Ḥanafīs and Shāfiʿīs, or his supplement to al-Shīrāzī.

A Shāfiʿī historian of Baghdad. Al-Qurashī says he saw the book and describes it as large; quotations show it was arranged by generations and used eyewitness reports.
