حدثنا السري بن عاصم، قال: حدثنا حامد بن آدم، قال: حدثنا حفص بن عبد الرحمن، قال: حدثنا أبو حنيفة، عن عطاء، عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: سأله رجل فقال: إنه يشق علي أن أدخل الكعبة، قال: لا يضرك، ليس دخول الكعبة من الحج في شيء.

Al-Sarī ibn ʿĀṣim related to us. He said: Ḥāmid ibn Ādam related to us. He said: Ḥafṣ ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān related to us. He said: Abū Ḥanīfa related to us, from ʿAṭāʾ, from Ibn ʿAbbās, may God be pleased with them both, who said: A man asked him: “It is difficult for me to enter the Kaʿba.” He said: “That does you no harm. Entering the Kaʿba is no part of the pilgrimage.”
