حدثنا أحمد بن محمد بن سعيد، قال: حدثنا محمد بن حنيفة الواسطي، قال: حدثنا الحسن بن جبلة، قال: حدثنا سعيد بن الصلت، قال: حدثنا أبو حنيفة، عن زياد، عن عمرو بن ميمون، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها:أن النبي ﷺ كان يقبّل وهو صائم.

أخبرنا أحمد بن محمد بن سعيد، قال: حدثنا محمد بن حنيفة الواسطي، قال: حدثنا الحسن بن جبلة، قال: حدثنا سعيد ـ يعني ابن الصلت ـ عن أبي حنيفة قال: حدثنا بلال عن وهب بن كيسان، عن جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنه قال:فشت العمرى على عهد رسول الله ﷺ، فصعد المنبر فقال: «أيها الناس! احبسوا عليكم أموالكم لا تهلكوها، فإنه من أعمر شيئًا [في] حياته فهو للذي أعمر بعد موته».

Informed us: Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn Saʿīd; he said: related to us: Muḥammad ibn Ḥanīfa al-Wāsiṭī; he said: related to us: al-Ḥasan ibn Jabala; he said: related to us: Saʿīd—meaning Ibn al-Ṣalt—from Abū Ḥanīfa; he said: related to us: Bilāl, from Wahb ibn Kaysān, from Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh—may God be pleased with him—who said: Lifetime gifts became widespread in the time of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He ascended the pulpit and said: “People, keep your property for yourselves; do not squander it. If anyone grants something as a lifetime gift [during] his life, it belongs to the recipient of that gift after his death.”
