حدثنا الحسن بن سفيان، قال: حدثنا ابن أبي شيبة، قال: حدثنا حفص بن غياث، عن أبي حنيفة، عن حماد، عن إبراهيم رحمة الله عليهم، قال: إذا تزوج حرّةً وأمةً في عقدةٍ فسد نكاحُهما.

Al-Ḥasan ibn Sufyān related to us: Ibn Abī Shayba related to us: Ḥafṣ ibn Ghiyāth related to us, from Abū Ḥanīfa, from Ḥammād, from Ibrāhīm—may God have mercy on them—who said: If he marries a free woman and a slave woman in a single contract, both marriages are invalid.
