حدثنا عبد الصمد بن الفضل، قال: حدثنا حفص بن عمر العدني، عن سعيد بن سالم القداح، عن أبي حنيفة رضي الله عنه، قال: إذا آلى الرجل من امرأته وخلعها، ثم طلقها في عدتها: أنها تلزمه.

ʿAbd al-Ṣamad ibn al-Faḍl related to us. He said: Ḥafṣ ibn ʿUmar al-ʿAdanī related to us, from Saʿīd ibn Sālim al-Qaddāḥ, from Abū Ḥanīfa, may God be pleased with him, who said: If a man swears to abstain from his wife, separates from her by khulʿ, and then pronounces divorce upon her during her waiting period, it takes effect.
