حدثنا محمد بن القاسم بن جناح الواسطي، قال: حدثنا محمد بن الهيثم، قال: حدثنا وضاح بن يحيى النهشلي، عن زهير، عن أبي حنيفة، عن حماد، عن إبراهيم رحمة الله عليهم، في مَن مسح على خفيه، ثم خلعهما؟ قال: يغسل قدميه.

Muḥammad ibn al-Qāsim ibn Janāḥ al-Wāsiṭī related to us: Muḥammad ibn al-Haytham related to us: Waḍḍāḥ ibn Yaḥyā al-Nahshalī related to us, from Zuhayr, from Abū Ḥanīfa, from Ḥammād, from Ibrāhīm—may God have mercy on them: Concerning someone who wiped over his leather socks, then removed them, he said, ‘He washes his feet.’
