أخبرنا أحمد بن محمد، قال: حدثنا محمد بن أيوب، قال: حدثنا أبو هارون الثقفي، قال: حدثنا روّاد بن الجراح عن أبي حنيفة، عن خالد، عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: «إن السقط يظل محبنطئًا على باب الجنة، فيقال له: ادخل الجنة، فيقول: لا حتى يدخل أبواي».

Ahmad ibn Muhammad informed us; he said: Muhammad ibn Ayyub related to us; he said: Abu Harun al-Thaqafi related to us; he said: Rawwad ibn al-Jarrah related to us, from Abu Hanifa, from Khalid, from Ibn ʿAbbas, may God be pleased with them both; he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: A miscarried child remains obstinately at the gate of Paradise. It is told: Enter Paradise. It says: Not until my parents enter.
