Doubt. Çeker doubts that a work with this title existed.

The leading Ḥanafī of his day in Baghdad and a transmitter trusted by hadith scholars. Early sources do not mention this book and its title looks later, yet al-Ṣāliḥī cites it so often that much of it could be rebuilt from ʿUqūd al-Jumān.
