أخبرنا عمي جبريل بن يعقوب بن الحارث، قال: حدثنا علي بن حكيم السمرقندي، قال: حدثنا سليم بن مسلم، عن أبي حنيفة رضي الله عنه، عن منصور، عن أبي وائل، عن حذيفة رضي الله عنه، قال:رأيت رسول الله ﷺ يبول على سباطة قوم قائما.

My paternal uncle Jibrīl ibn Yaʿqūb ibn al-Ḥārith informed us. He said: ʿAlī ibn Ḥakīm al-Samarqandī related to us. He said: Sulaym ibn Muslim related to us, from Abū Ḥanīfa, may God be pleased with him, from Manṣūr, from Abū Wāʾil, from Ḥudhayfa, may God be pleased with him, who said: I saw the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, urinate standing at a people’s refuse heap.
حدثنا أحمد بن أبي صالح البلخي، قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن حبيب، قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن يحيى بن عبيد الله، قال: حدثنا أبو حنيفة رحمة الله عليه، عن حماد، عن سعيد بن جبير، عن حذيفة رضي الله عنه، قال:قال رسول الله ﷺ: «رفع القلم عن ثلاثة: عن النائم حتى يستيقظ، وعن المجنون حتى يَفيق، وعن الصبي حتى يحتلم».

Aḥmad ibn Abī Ṣāliḥ al-Balkhī related to us. He said: ʿAbd al-Raḥīm ibn Ḥabīb related to us. He said: Ismāʿīl ibn Yaḥyā ibn ʿUbayd Allāh related to us. He said: Abū Ḥanīfa, may God have mercy on him, related to us, from Ḥammād, from Saʿīd ibn Jubayr, from Ḥudhayfa, may God be pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The pen is lifted from three: from the sleeper until he wakes, from the person who has lost his reason until he recovers, and from the child until he reaches puberty.
