رسول الله ﷺ

My paternal uncle Jibrīl ibn Yaʿqūb ibn al-Ḥārith informed us. He said: ʿAlī ibn Ḥakīm al-Samarqandī related to us. He said: Sulaym ibn Muslim related to us, from Abū Ḥanīfa, may God be pleased with him, from Manṣūr, from Abū Wāʾil, from Ḥudhayfa, may God be pleased with him, who said: I saw the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, urinate standing at a people’s refuse heap.

Abū Saʿīd Sulaymān ibn Dāwūd al-Harawī related to us. He said: Aḥmad ibn ʿAbd Allāh al-Harawī related to us. He said: Sulaym ibn Muslim ibn Nāfiʿ related to us. He said: Abū Ḥanīfa, may God be pleased with him, related to us, from Mūsā ibn Abī ʿĀʾisha, from ʿAbd Allāh ibn Shaddād, from Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh, may God be pleased with him, who said: A man recited behind the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, and he forbade him to do so.

ʿAbd al-Ṣamad ibn al-Faḍl related to us. He said: ʿAbd Allāh ibn Yazīd al-Muqriʾ related to us, from Abū Ḥanīfa, may God be pleased with him, from Abū Sufyān, from Abū Naḍra, from Abū Saʿīd al-Khudrī, may God be pleased with him: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, said: “Ablution is the key to prayer. The opening magnification makes its prohibitions take effect, and the salutation releases them. Give the salutation after every two units. No prayer suffices without the Opening of the Book and something else recited along with it.”
